If you ever wondered if kite skiing in Norway was any good, be aware, it is. It is one of the most accessible expedition terrain in the world. international flights on both sides of the high platou of «Hardangervidda».
Many of the worlds polar expeditions train here, and have done for the last 150 years. Our journey starts in this historical arena of exploration. The area is quite large for a traditional ski expedition, but with a kite we can cover quite some distance in a few days, winds permitting. Every high platou is quite weather prone and especially in the winter, and there might well be conditions way beyond kite- ability.
